PUCO schedules local public hearings for Duke Energy Ohio’s electric distribution rate case
COLUMBUS, OHIO (Oct. 17, 2017) – The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) today scheduled two local public hearings to provide customers the chance to express their views on Duke Energy Ohio’s distribution rate case. The local public hearings are scheduled as follows:
Monday, Oct. 30, 2017, 6:00 p.m.
Butler Technology and Career Development Schools

Thursday, Nov. 2, 2017, 12:30 p.m.
Cincinnati City Hall, Council Chambers
801 Plum St.
Cincinnati, Ohio 45202
Those who testify at the local public hearings will have their comments added to the case record.
Consumers may also submit comments online at www.PUCO.ohio.gov or by mail addressed to 180 E. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43215. Comments should include the case number 17-32-EL-AIR.
An evidentiary hearing is scheduled to commence on Dec. 11, 2017, 10:00 a.m. at the PUCO offices in Columbus.
