PUCO schedules local public hearings for Dayton Power & Light Company’s electric security plan application

COLUMBUS, OHIO (Aug. 16, 2016) – The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) today scheduled two local public hearings to provide customers an opportunity to express their views on the Dayton Power and Light Company’s (DP&L) proposed electric security plan. The local public hearings are scheduled as follows:

Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2016 at 1:00 p.m.
Dayton Municipal Building, Council Chambers, Second Floor

Dayton, Ohio 45401

Those who testify at the local public hearing will have their comments added to the case record.

Consumers may also submit comments online at www.PUCO.ohio.gov or by mail addressed to 180 E. Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43215. Correspondence should include the case number 16-395-EL-SSO.

An evidentiary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 25, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. at the PUCO offices in Columbus.

On Feb 22, 2016, DP&L filed an application for an electric security plan to be in effect from January 2017 through December 2026. More information regarding DP&L’s application may be found on the PUCO website here.
