PUCO schedules local public hearings for AEP Ohio's electric security plan

COLUMBUS, OHIO (March 7, 2017) – The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) today scheduled four local public hearings to provide customers an opportunity to express their views on AEP Ohio’s electric security plan (ESP) application. The local public hearings are scheduled as follows:

Those who testify at the local public hearings will have their comments added to the case record.

Consumers may also submit comments online at or by mail addressed to 180 E. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43215. Correspondence should include the case number 16-1852-EL-SSO.

An evidentiary hearing is scheduled to commence on June 6, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the PUCO offices in Columbus.
