PUCO schedules local public hearing for rail crossing closure in Delaware County
COLUMBUS, OHIO (Apr. 23, 2019) – The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) today scheduled a local public hearing to provide residents the chance to express their views on the petition of Norfolk Southern Railway Company and CSX Transportation, Inc. to close the Franklin Street rail crossings, located in Orange Township, Delaware County, Ohio. The local public hearing is scheduled as follows:
July 9, 2019, 6 p.m.

Those who testify at the local public hearing will have their comments added to the case record.
Residents may also submit comments online at www.PUCO.ohio.gov or by mail addressed to PUCO Docketing Division, 180 E. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43215. Comments should include the case number 19-180-RR-UNC.
