Important information for logging on to the PUCO Community

  • Contacts for PUCO-regulated entities should have received an introductory email from noreply@puc.state.oh.us with instructions to create your account.
  • If you have not received an introductory email, please check your spam and junk folders for emails from noreply@puc.state.oh.us.
  • If you did not receive an introductory email, please visit https://community.puco.ohio.gov and click “Forgot Password”.  Enter your email address and you will receive an email from support@salesforce.com which will provide a link to establish a secure password.
  • To establish a primary contact (Fiscal, Docketing, Legal or Regulatory), or if you are experiencing issues logging into the PUCO Community, please contact the Call Center at (800) 686-PUCO (7826) or ContactThePUCO@puc.state.oh.us.  Please include company name, a current mail address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
