The PUCO Community offers regulated businesses a time-and money-saving online system that helps simplify business transactions with the PUCO. New features and functions are added frequently, so check this page for updates!
New login process for PUCO Community: As of Jan. 21, 2020, all users, except motor carriers and drivers, must log in to the PUCO Community using their OH|ID account.
If you are a motor carrier or driver, there is no change to your log in or registration process. Please see Motor Carrier Safety Online Services to access the PUCO Community and for more information.

Log in to PUCO Community in 3 steps:
- Log in to OH|ID
- Click the PUCO Community tile
- Complete request form (if required)
Step 1: Log in to OH|ID
Already have an OH|ID account? If you already have an OH|ID, log in to OH|ID and click the PUCO Community tile in the Available Apps section.
If your OH|ID email address is the same as your PUCO Community email address, you will have immediate access the PUCO Community. If your OH|ID email is not the same as your PUCO Community email or you are new to the PUCO Community, you must complete a request form, which may require PUCO staff review.

Need an OH|ID account? If you need to create an OH|ID account, please follow Section 1 of these instructions. If you are already a PUCO Community user, please use the same email for your OH|ID account to gain immediate access. If your OH|ID email is not the same as your PUCO Community email, you must complete a request form, which may require PUCO staff review.
Step 2: Click the PUCO Community tile
See Section 2 for instructions on setting up/launching the PUCO Community tile.
Step 3: Complete request form (if required)
New to PUCO Community? If you have not previously accessed the PUCO Community or your PUCO Community email address and your OH|ID email address do not match, you must complete a request form to ensure you have access to the correct services in the PUCO Community. Please have your company information, including your PUCO issued certificate number, available to complete the form. Some requests require PUCO staff review, which may take 24 to 48 hours to approve. See Section 3 for instructions on completing the request form.
