Pay and view annual assessment invoices online
Pursuant R.C. 4905.10(B), the PUCO will calculate your company’s assessment amount and send an invoice to the fiscal contact you have identified in your report by October 1. Payment of the invoice is due by November 1.
New annual assessment online PUCO Community
On Aug. 17, 2017 the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) launched the new online PUCO Community to allow regulated entities to interact with the PUCO regarding annual assessments payments. Through this online community users can view both active and inactive certificates, view historical annual assessment invoices, and pay current annual assessment invoices.
Fiscal contacts have the ability to pay invoices online with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and an ACH from a checking or savings account, at no additional cost.
Invoices will be sent to the fiscal contact via email and USPS mail. If you are unable to use the online payment functions, instructions for mailing payments to the PUCO will be provided in the invoice.
Logging on to the PUCO Community
- Contacts for PUCO-regulated entities should have received an introductory email from email@example.com with instructions to create your account.
- If you have not received an introductory email, please check your spam and junk folders for emails from firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you did not receive an introductory email, please visit https://community.puco.ohio.gov and click “Forgot Password”. Enter your email address and you will receive an email from email@example.com, which will provide a link to establish a secure password.
