New System for Annual Reports

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio has implemented a new system for filing 2012 annual reports. Please do not submit old forms.

As part of this change, we are seeking email addresses for all regulated entities for:

  1. Annual report filers
  2. Docketing service upon the regulated entity (for cases)
  3. Annual report billing and fiscal issues.

If you are the contact person for one of these three roles, and you have not already received an email about the new annual reports filing process, please send a message to the annual reports mailbox.

We are also seeking input from the following industry segments which require supplemental schedules:

  1. Electric Distribution Companies
  2. Gas Local Distribution Companies
  3. Gas Pipeline Companies
  4. Heating & Cooling Companies
  5. Water & Sewer Companies
