COLUMBUS, OHIO (Jan. 8, 2014) – The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) will host workshops on Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2014 and Thursday Jan. 16, 2014 to elicit feedback prior to the review of administrative rules pertaining to minimum gas service standards and gas pipeline safety standards, respectively.
The workshops will allow interested stakeholders to discuss recommendations prior to PUCO staff introducing proposed rules. The workshops will be held at the PUCO offices at 180 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215 in hearing room 11-B at 10 a.m. A live webcast will be available on the PUCO website at www.PUCO.ohio.gov.
The PUCO recently initiated its five-year review of administrative rules for Ohio Administrative Code chapter 4901:1-13 and 4901:1-16. A comment period will take place after any proposed rules are introduced to allow further stakeholder input.
