COLUMBUS, OHIO (Feb. 29, 2012) – The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) has scheduled a public hearing to give customers of Water & Sewer, LLC the opportunity to express their opinion on the company’s application to increase rates for wastewater services.
The hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 11, at 6 p.m. at the city of Richfield Administration Building located at 4410 Streetsboro Road, in Richfield.
On Sept. 23, 2011, Water & Sewer filed an application with the PUCO to increases its rates for wastewater service by $41,260, or approximately 40 percent, over current annual revenues. The company serves approximately 75 sewer customers in Richfield Township.
