A Management/Performance Audit
of the Gas Purchasing
Practices and Policies of Duke Energy, Inc.
UPDATE
The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, by Entry issued April 11, 2012, ordered a management/performance audit of the gas purchasing practices and policies of Duke Energy Ohio. Requests for proposals were submitted to the Commission by the established deadline of June 13, 2012.
The Commission would like to thank all those who sent in a proposal in response to the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio’s Request for Proposal, U12-GCR-1. By Commission Entry, on July 2, 2012, the Commission selected Exeter Associates, Inc. to perform the management/performance audit.
