OF THE DELIVERY CAPITAL RECOVERY RIDER OF
OHIO EDISON COMPANY,

AND THE TOLEDO EDISON COMPANY

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, by entry issued November 7, 2012, ordered a compliance audit of the Capital Recovery Rider of The Ohio Edison Company, The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company, and The Toledo Edison Company. Proposals were submitted to the Commission by the established deadline of Monday, November 23, 2012.
The Commission would like to sincerely thank all those who submitted a proposal responding to this RFP. By Commission entry, on December 12, 2012, the Commission selected Blue Ridge Consulting Services. For further information, please see the entry in Case No. 12-2855-EL-RDR.
