REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NO. U11-CA-1
A COMPLIANCE AUDIT
OF THE DELIVERY CAPITAL RECOVERY RIDER OF
OHIO EDISON COMPANY,
THE CLEVELAND ELECTRIC ILLUMINATING COMPANY,
AND THE TOLEDO EDISON COMPANY
The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, by entry issued October 18, 2011 ordered a compliance audit of the Capital Recovery Rider of The Ohio Edison Company, The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company, and The Toledo Edison Company. Proposal were submitted to the Commission by the established deadline of Monday, November 14, 2011.
