REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NO. EE12-FEAER-1

A MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE AND FINANCIAL AUDIT

OF FIRST ENERGY'S RIDER AER

 

 

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, by entry issued January18, 2012 ordered a Management Performance & Financial Audit of  FirstEnergy’s Rider AER.    Among other things, these audits will be addressing such items as FE’s evaluation of its AEPS compliance options, the reasonableness of its REC & S-REC transactions, and its status relative to the 3% statutory cost provision.

Proposals are due February 10th.
