Create an E-Filing Profile
In order to electronically file documets with the PUCO, you will need to:
1. Submit an electronic filing participation agreement
2. Create a PUCO account (username and password)
3. Create an E-Filing profile for e-filing and case subscriptions:
Click on the “Subscribe & E-file” link on the DIS homepage.
If you have not yet completed your profile, or your profile has not been approved by the Docketing Division, a message on the screen will be displayed in red as shown below.
Click on “Add/Modify Profile Information” under the Profile column.
Fill in your profile information and click “Save.” This information will be used whenever you e-file a document, and in the event the Docketing Division needs to contact you about a filing.
The Docketing Division will need to approve your profile and verify receipt of your Participation Agreement before the “E-File a Document” or “Reserve a Case” links become active. Please call the PUCO Docketing Division at (614) 466-4095 if you need immediate assistance.
