The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) continues to modernize its business processes, recently launching the new online PUCO Community. This online community creates an enhanced and more efficient way for consumers and businesses to interact with the agency. The PUCO Community allows regulated companies to view and pay annual assessments and certificates, view contacts, past annual report filings, payment activity, and to review complaints received through the PUCO Call Center – all in a convenient and secure location. In the future, the PUCO intends to provide additional business-friendly functionalities.
