• Carrier-to-Carrier Rules: effective November 30, 2007 (exception: Rule 4901:1-7-26, effective January 1, 2008)
• Minimum Telephone Service Standards: effective January 1, 2008 (exception: Rule 4901:1-5-10, effective June 1, 2008)
