PUCO schedules public hearing on Eastern Natural Gas request for alternative rate plan

COLUMBUS, OHIO (June 16, 2009) – The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) has scheduled a local public hearing to provide customers of Eastern Natural Gas Company an opportunity to express their views regarding the company’s request for approval of an alternative rate plan. The company’s proposal includes a new rate design, the establishment of a demand side management program and a main line replacement charge.

The hearing is scheduled for:

Monday, July 20, 2009 at 6 p.m.

Brookfield, Ohio 44403
