PUCO schedules Richfield public hearing in sewer rate case

COLUMBUS, OHIO (March 18, 2009) – The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) has scheduled a local public hearing to provide Water and Sewer, LLC customers with an opportunity to express their views regarding the company’s application to increase sewer rates.

The hearing is scheduled as follows:

Monday, April 13, 2009 at 6 p.m.
Richfield Administration Building, Council Chambers
4410 Streetsboro Road
Richfield, Ohio 44286

An evidentiary hearing will be held on April 15, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. at the PUCO offices in Columbus.
