PUCO schedules local public hearings for Duke Energy Ohio electric distribution rate case

COLUMBUS, OHIO (March 3, 2009) – The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) has scheduled three local public hearings to give consumers an opportunity to express their views regarding Duke Energy Ohio’s application to increase electric distribution rates.

The local public hearings are scheduled as follows:

  • Cincinnati, Monday, March 16, 2009 at 6 p.m.
    Union Township Civic Center Hall
    4350 Aicholtz Road

  • Cincinnati, Thursday, March 19, 2009 at 12:30 p.m.
    Cincinnati City Hall
    Council Chambers
    801 Plum St.

  • Liberty Township, Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at 6 p.m.
    Lakota East High School
    Freshman Campus, Auditorium
    7630 Bethany Road
