This meeting was convened pursuant to the regular agenda issued on June 4, 2009, for the week of June 8, 2009.

 

The minutes of the June 3, 2009 Commission Meeting were approved by the Commissioners.

 

The Commission met for the purpose of considering the following cases and to act upon the proposed Entries and/or Opinions and Orders.


The Commission meeting began at 1:37 p.m. with a presentation coordinated by Jay Copeland of the American Gas Association on the Accessibility to Capital Markets by Gas Distribution Companies.  Speakers included Parker Weil of Merrill Lynch, Shelby Tucker of Oppenheimer, and Richard Cortright of Standard and Poors.  The presentation concluded at 2:34 p.m., at which time a recess of five minutes occurred.  The Commission meeting reconvened at 2:39 p.m.
