A Compliance Audit of the Corporate Separation Plan of Duke Energy Ohio, Inc.
The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, by Entry issued August 26, 2009 has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit bids from consultants to perform a compliance audit of the Corporate Separation Plan of Duke Energy Ohio, Inc. Requests for proposals were submitted to the Commission by the established deadline of Monday, September 21, 2009.
