In Case No. 05-1305-TP-ORD, the Commission revised 4901:1-4 Ohio Administrative Code. Under this revision, a large Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier who has qualified for Elective Alternative Regulation, and can demonstrate effective competition for Basic Local Exchange Services, may apply for additional regulatory flexibility to be applied to Basic Local Exchange Services, on an exchange-by-exchange basis.
