E-Filing is currently limited to the following case or document types, pursuant to Commission entries in Case Nos. 06-900-AU-WVR and 07-535-AU-ORD:

                    A Participation Agreement is required to electronically file.                                      

                    CONFIDENTIAL filings CANNOT be electronically filed.

• Annual Reports 
• TP Industry Cases - any document may now be E-filed in any telephone industry case. Parties to these cases should note that by E-filing in a particular case, the participant is agreeing to be served via email notification for all subsequent filings in that case.

• All non-confidential documents in the Black-out Cases: 04-0028-EL-CSS, 05-0803-EL-CSS, 05-1011-EL-CSS and 05-1012-EL-CSS
• All non-confidential documents in the Duke Energy Ohio, Inc. gas rate cases: 07-589-GA-AIR, 07-590-GA-ALT, 07-591-GA-AAM, 01-1228-GA-AIR & 01-1539-GA-AAM 
• E-Filing Test Cases: 03-6000-XX-XXXX, 04-6000-XX-XXXX & 06-6000-XX-XXXX
